Our books and maps are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days from the date of shipment for orders within the United States and 1-3 weeks for international orders. In rare circumstances U.S. orders may take up to two weeks to arrive and international orders may take up to a month.

Note: Books and posters are shipped separately. Books are shipped in a small box or envelope and posters are rolled up inside a cardboard shipping tube. If you ordered books and posters at the same time they will arrive in two packages and may arrive on separate days.
Books and wall maps are shipped in separate packages. Books come in a padded envelope or small box and wall maps in a cylindrical shipping tube. If both items are in stock they typically ship the same day, but are not always delivered on the same day. If you receive one but not the other the second package should arrive soon after. If the second package doesn’t arrive within a few days contact us and we’ll check on it for you:

All Blackwoods Press products are covered by a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee beginning on the date your item is delivered. If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to return an item for a refund please package it up, insure your package and send it by US Postal Service to this address:

No returns will be accepted later than 60 days from the date of delivery.
We can not do exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item you can return it for a refund and place a new order online.
After completing your purchase you will receive a bonus confirmation email. The subject line will usually start with “RESPONSE REQUIRED:”. Simply click the link inside that email and you will be taken to the download page. If you do not see the email check your spam or bulk email folders and then “whitelist” our email address or add it to your address book.
Blackwoods Press uses Paypal.com to process orders securely online. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and eCheck. You do NOT need an account with Paypal to order online. If you wish to place an order without using a Paypal account simply click the link that says “Don’t Have A Paypal Account?” on the Paypal log-in screen when you check out.
If you prefer, you can pay by check or money order. Make your check out to: Blackwoods Press, PO Box 260 Morongo Valley, CA 92256. Remember to include shipping & handling (and sales tax if shipping to California). You can use the shopping cart on this website to calculate your order total before writing your check.
